1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a colbet account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the colbet platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read this Agreement in full and understand its contents.
• You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that colbet does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.
• You agree that this Agreement supersedes any prior representations, warranties, or understandings between you and colbet.

colbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The version of the Agreement in force at the time of any transaction shall apply to that transaction. Continued use of the colbet platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The colbet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the colbet platform in any capacity. colbet operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Residency: You must be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering an account.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one colbet account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not a Colbet Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of colbet or any of its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any promotional offer.
• Voluntary Participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion order that applies to online gambling platforms, whether imposed by colbet or any third-party responsible gaming body.

colbet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time when colbet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User may not satisfy the eligibility requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by colbet will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of colbet services, including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino games, you must register a valid colbet account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. colbet relies on the information you provide at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, current residential address, a valid mobile phone number, and a functioning email address. The provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your colbet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. colbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you have reason to believe that your colbet account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify colbet immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. colbet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Account Verification (KYC): colbet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any later stage. KYC verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address. colbet may also request proof of payment method ownership.
• One Account Per Person: Each person may register only one colbet account. If colbet detects that the same individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and all balances may be voided.

colbet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration is a privilege, not an entitlement, and colbet may exercise its discretion in determining whether to accept or reject any application at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

colbet supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions on the colbet platform are processed exclusively in BDT. The following table summarises the key parameters for deposits and withdrawals on the colbet platform:

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. colbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times stated above are indicative only and may be subject to delays in the event of technical issues with a payment provider, pending verification requirements, or compliance reviews. colbet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of colbet.

• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is a standard requirement across licensed online gambling operators.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit to your colbet account, or a withdrawal fails to reach your payment method, you must contact colbet support within 24 hours with transaction reference details. colbet will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction failures within 3 business days.
• Currency: colbet operates exclusively in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is offered or applied on the platform.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

colbet offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion alongside these general bonus rules.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by colbet are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible bets before it may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit only. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonuses. Reload and ongoing promotional bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will result in the bonus being removed from the account. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the colbet platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a different rate. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: colbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines that a User has exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy deemed by colbet to constitute abuse of the promotional system.
• Right to Modify: colbet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is discontinued, any bonus amounts already credited to accounts at the time of discontinuation will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game sessions conducted on the colbet platform are subject to the general betting and gaming rules set out in this section, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface or sports betting market.

• Bet Acceptance: colbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, bets placed using funds obtained through suspected fraudulent activity, or bets placed on markets that have been subject to a technical error or data feed failure.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by colbet in the event of: a clear pricing error; a technical fault resulting in an incorrect market being offered; incomplete or abandoned sports events (subject to event-specific rules); or any other circumstances in which colbet determines in good faith that the bet cannot be settled fairly. Void bets are refunded at stake value only.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to live data feed availability. In-play bets placed after the natural conclusion of an event — due to data delays — will be voided and the stake returned. colbet uses commercially available live data feeds and cannot be held liable for delays in data provision by third-party feed suppliers.
• Casino Game Integrity: All casino games available on the colbet platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or real-time live dealer hardware operated by licensed studios. colbet does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) values for slot titles are published on individual game pages.
• Maximum Winnings: colbet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. Specific maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant sports betting market or game information panel. colbet is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit regardless of the theoretical outcome of a bet.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result, or any other transaction, you must contact colbet support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. colbet's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeal process.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the colbet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these obligations at all times. Breach of any obligation in this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action.

• Lawful Use Only: You must use the colbet platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You must not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• No Fraud or Deception: You must not engage in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, the provision of false identity documents, the creation of fictitious accounts, or any attempt to deceive colbet or its payment processing partners.
• No Automated Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting systems, screen-scraping tools, or any other software designed to interact with the colbet platform in a non-human manner without the express written consent of colbet.
• No Collusion: In live casino or multiplayer game environments, you must not collude with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage. Evidence of collusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all related winnings.
• No Chargebacks: You must not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to the colbet platform. In the event of an unauthorised chargeback, colbet reserves the right to suspend your account, recover the amount charged back from any remaining balance, and pursue recovery of the outstanding sum through legal means.
• Respectful Communication: You must communicate with colbet support staff in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at colbet employees are grounds for immediate account closure.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

colbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if colbet determines in its reasonable judgment that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The User has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the colbet platform.
• The User is found to be under the age of 18.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• colbet is required to close the account as a result of a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The User has requested self-exclusion through colbet's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of closure due to a breach by the User, colbet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, winnings derived from the breach may be forfeited. Deposits not implicated in the breach will ordinarily be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any applicable legal hold.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting colbet support via live chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the User's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. colbet aims to process voluntary closure withdrawal requests within 3 business days.
